- After each visit to our dentist to get your braces tightened it is normal that you may feel some discomfort for a few days afterwards.
How often should I clean my teeth whilst undergoing Incognito invisible brace treatment?
- To avoid tooth decay whilst undergoing Incognito treatment you should clean your teeth at least four times per day.
- Keeping up with your dental hygiene will ensure that any trapped food particles trapped by the braces are removed.
